| Mayor Cai Qi introduced Hangzhou's experience on the Second Mayor Forum of Intellectual Property Rights and a City's Development, saying "For enterprises, a city of good intellectual property rights environment is more attractive than a city with preferential policies" in the morning of November 17wholesale shoes.
